We understand that wedding planning can be stressful which is why Priceless Weddings works only with quality manufacturers. We want you to be both excited and pleased with your purchase. That is why Priceless Weddings is able to give a satisfaction guarantee on all purchases. All refunds are minus a 15% restocking fee and Priceless Weddings must be notified by phone within 7 days of receiving goods. Postage cost will not be refunded
REFUND or EXCHANGE PROCEDURE
If for some reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, Priceless Weddings will gladly replace the item, exchange the item, or refund you minus the 15% restocking fee and is within 7 days of when delivery is received. Please include the following information so we can identify your order.
- Order Number
- Name and Address
- Name and Address where items were shipped
- Date ordered
- Date received
- Problem with shipment - please be specific
DAMAGED GOODS IN TRANSIT
If for any reason goods arrived damaged due to transit you need to notify Priceless Weddings within 3 days from receiving the goods. Priceless Weddings will then inform you on the action that needs to be taken to recover any losses from the delivery company if insurance is provided. Please note that Priceless Weddings will take reasonable steps to secure and package your goods for delivery. But by selecting a delivery method that does not have insurance ie. express post will cause you to take all responsibility for any damaged goods in transit.
RETURN PROCEDURE
Call or email Priceless Weddings within 7 days to obtain a Return/Exchange Authorisation Number.
Upon receipt of your merchandise within 7 days from the date the Return/ Exchange Authorisation Number was issued and provided the following conditions are met:
- The product has not been used: An exchange will not be given for products that have been used or products that have been damaged after receiving delivery.
- The product must be returned in its original packaging and the products packaging has not been damaged. All price tags and attached information must be attached to the merchandise exactly as it was shipped. Any missing tags or labels will void the return.
- The return exchange authorisation number must be within 7 days of receiving your order.
- The product is returned within 7 days of receiving a return authorisation number. Absolutely no return packages will be accepted after this time period. Please return all products via a Delivery Confirmation Service with insurance. As these shipping methods allow for tracking. We will not assume responsibility for lost or damaged packages if other shipping methods are used. This is at the customers expense unless agreed otherwise by Priceless Weddings.
- Upon return receipt of your merchandise, your refund will be credited back to your original payment method.
- Priceless Weddings reserves the right to deny any return or refund if not covered by the Fair Trading act. Please note this is only in extreme cases and at Priceless Weddings discretion.
