Price Quote Details:

Intricate design details and more complex designs, or a larger guest count can increase the time to set-up and tear-down. Having more guests requires more ceremony seating and therefore more décor for the pew ends, more tables and therefore more table centerpieces, and generally, a grander design overall. This means it can take a shorter or longer to set-up and tear-down wedding décor, depending on guest count. Furthermore, having more custom-made décor pieces also takes longer to source and create, requiring more planning beforehand. 

Travel Fees:

Any wedding venue (ceremony and/or reception) within 40km from Hillside, Vic 3037 requires no travel fees. Any wedding venue (ceremony and/or reception) outside of 40km from Hillside, Vic 3037 requires an affordable travel fee to be applied (50 cents per km).

Small Package Limits:

One venue/location applies to the:

-Set-up and Tear-down package

-Micro Design and Decor Package

This is due to the limited set-up and tear-down timeframe of 3hrs does not allow for setting-up and tearing-down more than one venue/location. To receive set-up and tear-down at two venues, a larger package with a longer contracted set-up and tear-down time frame must be selected.

 

Package Limit Exceptions:

We recognise the need or desire for some couples to choose a smaller and more affordable package/s despite having a larger guest count than listed in the package requirements, or a higher budget than listed in the package requirements. This may be due to wanting a medium to large guest count whilst working with a restrictive budget, or to purely save money. At Priceless Weddings, we fully support both reasons and can offer any package to these particular couples under certain circumstances and on an AS NEEDS basis. 

However, we ask these particular couples taking up this option realise that this could result in a slightly more simplistic design than what could be achieved with a smaller guest count package or a higher budget package. It is particularly important to note that choosing a lower budget package can significantly limit the design budget to work with when creating the wedding aesthetic, time to set-up and tear-down, and time to coordinate on the day, potentially arriving before or leaving after crucial timeline moments that would benefit from a coordinator's presence. Choosing a smaller budget package for a larger guest count or to save money can also limit or remove the budget to create custom décor pieces.
