Set-up and Tear-down Package

Service Description

Contract and work starting from two weeks prior to the wedding day. Package includes: -3 hours set-up and tear down: 1.5 - 2 hours set-up time and 1 - 1.5 hours tear-down time (equaling 3 hours in total), as agreed upon in prior introductory consultation -unlimited email correspondence (emailed from the couple to myself: floor design plans, décor plans and set-up locations mapped or written on a list, and specific listed tear-down instructions and locations to leave décor) -one 30 min consultation for introductions and confirming emailed plans two weeks prior to the wedding day -notifying the person in charge of any over looked set-up or tear-down details as soon as possible and rectifying these issues with permission from the client and person in charge -setting-up and tearing-down according to the previously emailed wet weather back-up plan if need be -completing a final walk-through of the ceremony and reception area and fixing any minor last-minute décor issues before the ceremony begins
